I am naturally curious about how things work - and how they can work better. I am driven by learning, improvement, and building solutions that work reliably, not just once.
I am at my best when solving problems systematically - not just finding a patch, but improving the system so the same problem does not come back. I combine structured thinking with an analytical approach and use data to understand what is really happening.
I enjoy working at the intersection of people, process and technology - where small changes can make a big difference. People come to me when they need information, direction, or someone who knows where to look and how to get to what truly matters.
